1. Single Order Limit: Each Reservation Card is eligible for cashback on one qualifying order only.

2. Cashback Process: The cashback corresponding to the orders placed between December 9 and January 3 (EDT) will be refunded to the customer after your order has been shipped out.

3. Cancellation Policy: Orders placed during the promotional period of December 9 to January 3 (EDT) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the cashback refund has been processed. However, standard after-sales support is available for any issues related to products.

4. Redeem Gift Card: If you purchase a Cashback Reservation Card but do not meet the cashback threshold during the promotional period, we will issue a gift card equal to the amount of your Cashback purchase after the sale ends. For example, if you buy a $15 Cashback Reservation Card but do not spend $150 during the sale period to receive the $30 cashback, a $15 gift card will be issued after the promotion ends.
